- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on construction sites
- Valid relevant CPCS or NPORS certification
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures in construction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work 9.5-hour shifts, with possible overtime
- Reliable transportation to and from the site in West London
