- Previous experience operating 360 excavators on commercial construction sites
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for 360 machinery
- Good understanding of site safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required
