The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Experience in site management is essential for this position, as you will be expected to coordinate with various teams, manage schedules, and report progress to senior management. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required to effectively manage a diverse team on-site and resolve any issues promptly.
- Proven experience in Site Management or similar roles within construction projects
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage project schedules
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and workers
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS card) are preferred but not mandatory
