- Previous experience in drainage installation and general groundworks
- Relevant groundworking and landscaping experience
- Proven ability to work safely in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Valid CSCS card (preferably)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual tasks for extended periods
