The successful candidate will be responsible for performing groundworks, including drainage installation, and operating dumper trucks safely and efficiently on-site. The role requires working closely with other onsite personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Candidates must be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of undertaking various groundworks tasks to contribute to the smooth progress of residential development projects.
- Previous experience in drainage installation is essential.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Driver card is required.
- Experience in general groundworking duties including excavation and site clearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to construction sites.
- Good communication skills and reliability on site.
