Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting for a Contract Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of our client, based in West Sussex, England. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety compliance across the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health and safety policies, conducting site inspections, and providing expert advice to management and staff to promote a safe working environment. The role requires a proactive approach to risk assessment and incident management, ensuring all health and safety legislation is effectively implemented and maintained. The Contract Health & Safety Advisor will also be expected to facilitate safety training sessions and contribute to the development of site safety procedures.
- Proven experience in site management and health & safety compliance
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and risk assessments
- Experience in delivering safety training and awareness programmes
- Certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent are preferred
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
