Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting for a Contract HGV Grab Driver to join our client's team based in England. In this role, you will be responsible for operating HGV vehicles equipped with grab facilities, transporting and handling various types of loads efficiently and safely. The position requires a strong focus on safety, adherence to legal driving regulations, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in HGV driving, particularly with grab lorries, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials. You will be expected to perform pre-and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with the team to meet operational targets.
- Valid Class 1 HGV Driver's Licence (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience operating HGV vehicles, particularly with grab equipment
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good understanding of UK driving regulations and Health & Safety standards
- Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and ensure timely deliveries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts depending on operational requirements
