- Previous experience as a Mechanic or in a similar maintenance role
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and machinery
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently
- Experience with maintenance documentation and reporting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for ongoing work in Berkshire
