- Previous experience as a Pipelayer or Groundworker
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety regulations on site
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
- Own tools and relevant certifications (if applicable)
- Availability to work 9.5 hours per day on an ongoing basis
