In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of various construction projects, ensuring cost control, preparing estimates, tendering, and managing contracts from inception to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to deliver projects within budget and time constraints, maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers throughout the process.
- Previous experience in Quantity Surveying within the residential construction sector
- Proficiency in cost management, estimating, and contract administration
- Strong understanding of UK construction standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
