Link-Force Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labour / Second Man for a reputable Infrastructure and Civil Engineering Construction company based in Bicester, OX15. This role involves supporting the primary construction team with various tasks on-site, ensuring the smooth progress of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the operation of equipment, including asssisting the Driver / Hiab operations, and working closely with first operators to maintain safety and efficiency on-site. The role requires a flexible, hardworking individual with a focus on safety standards and attention to detail.
Previous experience as a Second Man within the construction or civil engineering sector
Proven track record in infrastructure or civil engineering projects
A78 Vac Ex CPCS Card, EKFB Inducted preferred
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
Reliable, punctual, and committed to project timelines
