- Previous experience as a 360 excavator
- Proficient in operating 360 machines with breaker and selector grab attachments
- Valid Safepass and certification for operating excavators
- Good understanding of site safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work independently and follow site instructions accurately
- A flexible approach to work schedule and ongoing projects
