- Must hold a valid Blue CPCS Card
- Proven experience as a 360 Excavator Operator
- Ability to operate the excavator safely and efficiently
- Good understanding of excavation procedures and site safety regulations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience working in a busy construction environment preferred
