- Must hold a valid SSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) card
- Gold CSCS card is essential
- Either hold or be prepared to obtain PTS certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations (desirable)
- Previous experience supervising on construction sites
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
