- Proven experience as a bricklayer, preferably with residential construction background
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in bricklaying preferred
- Experience working with brick, block, and other masonry materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
- Reliable with good time management skills
