- Proven experience in concrete repair work on construction sites
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required at all times
- Blue CSCS card is essential
- Ability to follow technical instructions and site safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Good communication skills and reliability
