The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing vehicle movement on site, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed, and aiding in the smooth flow of traffic around the construction area. You will act as the primary point of communication between site personnel and vehicle operators, directing traffic safely and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to safety and excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and drivers.
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman is essential
- CPCS or NPORS
- Ability to understand and implement safety procedures
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Valid relevant certifications and personal protective equipment (PPE) are required
