- Proven experience as a Dozer Operator within the construction industry
- Experience with GPS systems for precise excavation work
- CPCS card (or equivalent) is essential
- Full PPE must be provided and worn at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety protocols on construction sites
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
