- Valid CPCS Card for Dumper Roller operation
- Previous experience as a Roller Operator
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to operate machinery efficiently and safely
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
