Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator for ongoing projects in Kilkelly, Mayo. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing project plans, estimating materials, labour, equipment, and potential risks to formulate competitive bids that maximise profit margins. Your expertise will directly influence the success of project tenders, ensuring accurate cost evaluations and strategic risk assessments to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within the construction industry
- Hold SCSRI Accreditation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project plans and technical documents
- Capable of assessing and mitigating project risks effectively
- Previous experience in preparing bid tenders and cost estimates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to coordinate with project teams and clients
