In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include coordinating labour, plant, and materials, maintaining health and safety standards, and liaising with site managers.
- Previous experience as a General Foreman
- Valid Safepass accreditation
- Full Personal Electronic Equipment (PEE) certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage site operations efficiently
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
