Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Groundworker to join our client’s team in Kingston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of groundworking tasks, including site preparations, excavation, and basic utilising of site machinery and tools. This role requires someone who is capable of working efficiently and safely on construction sites, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to maintaining a clean and organised work environment, support other work activities as needed, and demonstrate commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
- Must have previous experience as a Groundworker on construction sites
- CSCS card is essential
- Ability to interpret site plans and instructions effectively
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures on site
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
