The successful candidate will be integral to various groundworks projects, with a particular focus on drainage installation. This role demands a hardworking individual capable of working efficiently on-site, adhering to health and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion. The groundworker will be responsible for assisting with the installation of drainage systems, preparing sites, and supporting other groundworks activities as required. Flexibility regarding working hours and ongoing commitment to site safety are essential for this role.
- Previous experience in drainage installation as a Groundworker or similar role
- Knowledge of groundworks procedures and site safety regulations
- Ability to operate basic construction equipment and hand tools
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for physical outdoor tasks
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS card are preferable but not mandatory
