You will be expected to carry out various groundworks activities, including site preparation, laying foundations, drainage, and assisting with other related tasks as directed. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment, adhering to safety standards and project deadlines.
- Must have previous groundworks experience on construction sites.
- Valid CSCS card is essential.
- Ability to operate basic groundworking machinery is preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliability and a proactive attitude towards work.
