- Valid Safepass and manual handling certification
- SSSP or equivalent supervisor safety qualification
- Proven experience in overseeing strip foundations, trenching, and groundworks operations
- Comprehensive understanding of groundworks and site safety standards
- Ability to supervise and coordinate site personnel effectively
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
