The ideal candidate should demonstrate previous hands-on experience in similar roles, particularly in exterior cladding and curtain walling works, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and completing tasks within specified timeframes.
- Proven experience in general handyman tasks, with specific experience in cladding and curtain walling installation
- Valid SafePass certification is essential
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and working conditions
