Link-Force Ltd are currently seeking a skilled Hoist Operator to join a dynamic team in Shoreditch, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating hoists safely and efficiently on-site, ensuring all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet project deadlines. The Hoist Operator will also be expected to carry out regular inspections and maintenance of the hoisting equipment, report any issues promptly, and ensure the site remains a safe environment at all times.
- Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites
- Valid CPCS card preferable
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including helmet, high visibility clothing, safety boots, and gloves
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to lifting operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
