Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Labourer with a valid Banksman ticket for a reputable Construction company based in Iver, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with general labouring duties on-site, ensuring the safety and smooth movement of vehicles and equipment as a Banksman. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with the site team. You will be expected to follow all health and safety protocols and work collaboratively to meet project targets.
- Current CSCS card and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are essential
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal or Banksman is required
- Ability to assist with general labouring tasks as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
