We are currently seeking a dedicated Loading Shovel Operator to join our client's team in the Brize Norton, OX18 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating loading shovels to facilitate the efficient movement of materials on-site. This role involves working on both day and night shifts, with the potential to extend beyond the initial 3-month period, depending on project requirements. A strong focus on safety, precision, and productivity is essential to meet the demanding operational standards of the site.
- Previous experience operating loading shovels in a construction or similar environment
- Valid CPCS qualification is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
