Our client, a reputable residential construction company based in North London, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lorry Driver - Labourer to join their team on a contract basis. This dual role combines professional driving responsibilities with on-site labour duties, supporting smooth logistics and construction processes. As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for transporting building materials to site and assisting with various Labourer tasks, including site preparation and material handling. The role requires a proactive attitude, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently within a busy construction environment.
- Proven experience as a Driver, preferably with operation skills
- Valid UK driving licence suitable for vehicles
- Experience in residential construction or similar environments is preferred
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and practices on-site
- Ability to operate Hiab crane (if applicable) and undertake manual Labourer duties
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
