- Previous experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork) within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and understand construction plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to site conditions
