Our client, a reputable construction company based in Oxfordshire, is currently seeking experienced Pavers to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for laying paving on various projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to complete paving works efficiently and to specifications. You will be expected to interpret plans, prepare surfaces, and lay paving slabs or blocks with precision. An understanding of different paving materials and techniques will be advantageous to ensure smooth project completion.
- Previous experience in paving work is essential
- Valid CSCS Card is mandatory
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be provided
- Ability to work in a team and follow site health and safety protocols
- Good understanding of technical drawings and project specifications
