- Previous experience in drainage installation within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Relevant CSCS card and appropriate Pipelayer qualifications
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity for pipelaying activities
