- Previous experience in drainage installation and groundwork activities
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under supervision
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions effectively
- Own tools and suitable PPE
- CSA or CSCS card would be advantageous
