- Previous experience as a Signaller (Crane Communicator) on construction sites
- Valid Safepass/ Plant Marshall Card
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Good understanding of site safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
