Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a Plant and Vehicle Marshal for an ongoing project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of plant machinery and construction materials on-site. This role requires close coordination with crane operators and other team members, adhering to health and safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. The successful candidate will also assist with defining safe lifting practices, inspecting lifting gear, and ensuring all operations comply with safety standards
- Previous experience as a Plant and Vehicle Marshall or as a Slinger
- Valid Safepass certification is required
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required at all times
- Ability to work collaboratively with crane operators and site managers
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to lifting and plant operations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
