Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking experienced PTS Shuttering Carpenters to join a busy construction site in Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing formwork and shuttering for concrete structures, ensuring precise and safe execution of tasks in line with project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of shuttering techniques, interpret technical drawings accurately, and work efficiently within a team environment. The role involves day shift work from 7am to 4pm, and a daily rate of £250. You will need to demonstrate commitment to safety standards, work effectively under pressure, and communicate well with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in shuttering carpentry
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification is mandatory
- CSCS card is mandatory
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on site
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
