- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork) in residential construction
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in carpentry or formwork (where applicable)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols on construction sites
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Availability to commit to a 6-month plus contract
