In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the construction site, adhering to strict medical and building standards, and maintaining the project schedule. The Site Manager will coordinate various teams, manage safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Proven experience as a SiteEngineer in construction projects
- Valid Safepass certification
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in healthcare infrastructure
- Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate tasks efficiently
