- Previous experience in drainage installation, ideally within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to perform groundworks to high standards of safety and quality.
- CSCS card is essential, with valid certifications where applicable.
- Ability to operate relevant machinery and tools used in groundworking activities.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability and a proactive approach to on-site responsibilities.
- Must be BBV inducted
