Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting for a Contract Slinger Banksman on behalf of our client in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves overseeing safe loading and unloading operations, ensuring that loads are correctly handled and secured using appropriate signalling and communication with crane operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple lifting activities on-site, maintaining safety standards, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. This is a temporary position lasting four months, offering an opportunity to work within a dynamic construction environment and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Previous experience as a Slinger Banksman, with demonstrable knowledge of load handling
- Relevant certifications such as CPCS or equivalent
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to lifting operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with crane operators and ground personnel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy construction environment
