- Experience in Handyman or similar roles within the construction industry.
- Ability to identify defects and implement remedial actions.
- Good understanding of commercial construction processes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
