Link-Force Ltd is hiring Snaggers for residential projects across Limerick. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuringresidential properties are completed to the highest standards before handover. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and rectifying defects and finishing issues, ensuring all elements such as walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms meet the required quality standards. The role involves inspecting various trades including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, and general finishes, as well as completing remedial and finishing works as necessary.
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Snagger
- Knowledge of finishing trades such as plastering, painting, tiling, and joinery
- Ability to identify defects and carry out remedial work efficiently
- Safepass is required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
