Link-Force Ltd is seeking experienced Steel Fixers for an ongoing project in the Abingdon, OX14 area. The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and fix reinforcement bars (rebars) according to technical specifications and engineering drawings, ensuring the structural integrity of the construction. Candidates will be expected to interpret technical plans accurately, work efficiently on-site, and adhere to all health and safety regulations throughout the duration of the project. This position offers a great opportunity for skilled tradespeople to utilise their expertise in a busy construction environment.
- CSCS card is essential for site access
- Previous experience as a Steel Fixer in a commercial or industrial setting
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and reinforcement schematics
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under supervision
- Own tools and appropriate PPE are preferable
