Link-Force Ltd is seeking experienced Steel Fixers to join a dynamic construction project in Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and fixing reinforcement steel according to detailed technical drawings and design plans. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the project. The position offers flexibility with day and night shifts, making it suitable for candidates who are reliable and adaptable. You will work closely with the site team to ensure timely completion whilst adhering to all safety protocols, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills. Candidates must be experienced steel fixers with relevant certifications to operate on the site, and capable of interpreting technical documentation accurately for optimal execution of tasks.
- Must hold a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
- Must possess a valid CSCS card
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer on construction sites
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Reliability and punctuality
- Excellent teamwork skills
