Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting a Streetworks Supervisor for a site in Windsor, SL4 Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing streetworks activities on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, and ensure every aspect of the project is completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role requires vigilant oversight to maintain safety protocols and ensure that works are carried out within designated timeframes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role within streetworks projects, delivering excellent organisational and leadership skills. Working hours are from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, with an expectation of maintaining a professional and proactive approach throughout your shift.
- Must hold a valid gold CSCS card, SSSTS certification, and SWQR card
- Previous experience as a Streetworks Supervisor is essential
- Demonstrable knowledge of streetworks legislation and safety standards
- Ability to coordinate teams and liaise effectively with clients and authorities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality
