Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Contract Striker for a reputable Residential Construction company based in Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing skilled labour support specifically related to shuttering carpentry, ensuring the accurate and timely construction of formwork for concrete structures. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality and efficiency of the build process, working closely with the site team to meet project deadlines and safety standards.
- Experience as a Shuttering Carpenter Labourer or similar role in residential construction
- Proven ability to assist with the installation and dismantling of shuttering formwork
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulations on construction sites
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions precisely
- Valid CSCS card is preferred
- Own PPE and tools are an advantage
