- Previous experience as a Tractor Operator or in a similar role
- Valid CPCS card is essential
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required at all times
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to tractor operation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and reliability
