The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle movements on-site, ensuring safety and efficient traffic flow within the construction area. The role involves directing vehicles, maintaining safety protocols, and liaising with site operatives to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety standards relevant to traffic marshalling on construction sites.
- Valid CPCS Card essential and HS2 induction
- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman
- Strong understanding of site safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and remain vigilant
