In this role, you will be responsible for the initial phases of carpentry works on commercial projects, including framing, setting out, and installing structural elements. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to ensure that all carpentry tasks are completed to a high standard and within project deadlines. Attention to detail, a good understanding of technical drawings, and the ability to work efficiently on large commercial sites are essential for this position.
- Previous experience as a 1st Fix Carpenter in commercial construction
- Proficiency in reading drawings and technical plans
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong health & safety awareness and adherence to site protocols
